So tonight, a JetBlue flight from Burbank to JFK made an emergency landing at LAX after the front landing gear was stuck in a sideways position. The landing was, according to the cable news analysts, “flawless” (check out the video here).
JetBlue is a client of mine. They have one of the newest fleets in the industry. Their employees work and think differently compared to ‘business as usual’ airlines. And they train train train train (I know because I build training applications for them with iNDELIBLE)
Recently my team did a project for their flight crews, specifically the pilots. I am not the least surprised this ended well.
If I was going to be on a flight in trouble, I would want a JetBlue pilot behind the stick.
